About the role:
Reporting directly into the National Account Controller, this role is part of the sales function within the kitchen retail channel.
You will work closely with each of the National Account Managers, supporting the implementation and execution of the account plans for four major national kitchen retailers, with the overriding principle to help maximise sales value, volume, and profitability.
In addition, it is also expected that the NAE will provide reporting and analysis for the National Account Controller and National Account Managers, along with ensuring that all the data requirements of the account are met.
Location:
The role will be field based with occasional business travel across the UK, however the candidate should live within a commutable distance to Luton as there is a requirement to work from the office on a regular basis.

What you'll do:
- Work with NAMs to provide action plans to support profitable growth and mix increase.
- Support NAMs to analyze promotional activity to ensure maximum ROI.
- Support with building and presenting monthly updates, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Support general admin and reporting requests e.g Backorder reporting, sell out analysis.
- Support the communication to the Field Sales Team in store with regular updates, quarterly focuses and store level reporting where required.
- Work with the NAMs and Training team to develop and coordinate retailer training requirements.
- Support monthly forecasting within Integrated Business Planning sessions to maintain high forecast accuracy.
- Support the implementation of the retailer digital strategy and ongoing maintenance of promotional calendars.
- An understanding of how account management and sales work would be desirable (e.g. sales or sales support role within the same industry would be a strong plus).
- Business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation
- IT literate (to a good level)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to build and harness outstanding relationships internally and externally at a professional level
- Self-motivated and proactive in reaching a resolution for customers
- Able to manage workload with a certain degree of autonomy
- Able to prioritise your daily workload in a dynamic, fast paced, constantly changing environment
