Description

Who are we?

Moatable is a forward-thinking, user-focused SaaS company that is passionate about creating groundbreaking solutions and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Moatable operates 2 UK-based businesses: LoftyWorks and The Letting Partnership.

LoftyWorks

LoftyWorks provides innovative property management software to the UK lettings market. Our software is beautifully designed, easy to use and backed by our parent Lofty Inc a leading US SaaS Real-estate CRM provider serving more than 80,000 agents in North America.

We’re hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with a true hunter mindset to join LoftyWorks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling Lofty’s suite of products into the US market, helping Real Estate Agents modernise and streamline how they manage their businesses.

Based in the UK, you’ll focus exclusively on US-based customers, playing a key role in our growth. You’ll operate in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment where you’re expected to take ownership and deliver results.

This is a full-cycle role where you’ll own the entire sales process from first touch through to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline focused solely on US-based prospects
  • Drive outbound activity across phone and email to engage decision-makers
  • Run tailored, value-led demos aligned to customer challenges and goals
  • Adapt messaging, tone, and approach to resonate with US buyers
  • Use data and insights to prioritise high-value accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in our CRM
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Share consistent feedback on market trends and customer needs
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Working Hours

  • This role is aligned to US time zones, with an initial focus on the East Coast
  • Typical working hours: 1:00pm – 9:30pm UK time
  • 2 days per week in the office

Requirements

  • 2+ years SaaS sales experience in a closing or full-cycle role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident running demos and handling objections
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based buyers
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo or similar)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and data-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into the US market
  • PropTech experience
