Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing organization? At JBT Marel, we’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function at the Adlington site and act as a key partner to the leadership team within the Packaging business area (Prepared Foods division).
In this role, you’ll drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives—ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the talent needed to achieve our business goals. You'll lead a dedicated HR team and oversee the full employee lifecycle, HR compliance, and cultural transformation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Who You Are
You bring at least 5 years of HR experience in an international setting, including leadership of HR teams. You’re confident, approachable, and results-driven—with strong communication skills, sound labor law knowledge, and a passion for driving positive change. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.

As a trusted advisor to the site’s leadership team, you’ll:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your local HR team (2 HR Business Partners and 1 HR Generalist).
- Align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent, performance, and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment, development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Implement and adapt corporate HR strategies to meet local needs.
- Drive change management initiatives and support the implementation of new HR tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Promote a strong internal communication culture and lead with integrity, clarity, and empathy.
Who You Are
