- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand data needs
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of HR processes and metrics
