We are currently looking for a Hotel Manager to join our leadership team at Rosewood London. The Hotel Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for the seamless running of the hotel by developing the team to provide unrivalled guest service and exceed our high standards.  

Key expectations of this role

Taking on a leading role in the executive team at Rosewood London.

Ensuring the achievement of the hotel objectives, through maximising occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.

Showing a thorough understanding of the London upscale hotel market to ensure the highest standards of service.

Acting as a coach and mentor to the Department Heads to ensure high engagement levels, people development, and the highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.

Working closely with other Executive Team members in a supportive manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel.

Profile

The ability to demonstrate leading and developing people effectively.

Proven experience in a Hotel Manager or a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.  

The ability to build strong relationships with all associates in the hotel. 

A sound understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.

The ability to manage, draft and allocate complex budgets
