Location: Peterborough 2-3 days a week with hybrid working

Your Role – Leading Quality Excellence
As Head of Quality, you’ll
Develop and implement a cutting-edge Quality Strategy that aligns with the @one Alliance’s ambitious objectives.
Lead and inspire a team of Quality professionals, driving high standards across engineering, design, and construction.
Ensure compliance with industry-leading certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory requirements.
Embed a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality performance.
Act as a champion for quality assurance, risk management, and performance analytics—leveraging key tools like PowerBI and AMS.
Collaborate across departments, working with SHEQ, delivery teams, and supply chain partners to maintain the highest standards.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of construction techniques (especially in the water sector)
Experience developing and delivering Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
People leadership skills – managing multi-disciplinary teams & inspiring collaboration
Experience Managing Audits, Compliance, And Regulatory Requirements
CSCS competence card and Lead Auditor qualification (preferred)
