We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our support team as an Executive Assistant.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Partners, Associate Partners, and Directors, enabling them to focus on the technical aspects of their roles.

You Will Do This By

  • Proactively managing diaries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, along with booking meeting rooms and providing an agenda
  • Assisting in general admin tasks for the team
  • Organisation of the team’s weekly meetings, including arranging a team presenter, collating the update notes and recording the meeting
  • Completing ad hoc admin tasks from the Partner group and their respective Managers
  • Arranging all travel across the team using our internal portal where possible, ensuring all sustainability insights are captured
  • Assisting with the collection of client feedback, working collaboratively with the Marketing Team

About You...

As the ideal Executive Assistant candidate, you’ll be a personable and energetic team player with the ability to:

  • Communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels.
  • Plan, prioritise and organise your own workload and be flexible based on the needs of team.
  • Work to a fast pace whilst still maintaining exceptional quality in your work.
  • Be proactive and adaptable to changing workloads.
  • Be team orientated and enthusiastic.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Work from our vibrant Sky View, Birmingham or London Holborn office 3 days each week.
