Contract type: Full time
We exist to create a more equal society for women, at home, at work, in communities and institutions.
We fight for gender equity through system-level change by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle.
We are inclusive, innovative learners and storytellers. We never tell others what to do but provide the tools, the platform and the environment for people to share their stories and lived period realities. We amplify voices and stories that deserve to be shared to spark curiosity for cycle-tracking and allow for peer-to-peer learning.
Our aim is to share high quality resources (blogs, articles, trackers), courses and tools (tracking app) - for free - to inspire, educate and empower 1 billion people by 2030.

Why this role matters
Visual storytelling is a powerful part of how we communicate at Period Reality. From social media to educational resources, design helps make complex topics clear, engaging, and accessible. As we continue growing across multiple projects and campaigns, we’re looking to build a small team of designers who can help bring our ideas to life visually and support the creation of impactful, mission-driven content.
