Mobile Repair Technician
Liverpool, UK

What This Role Is All About

Looking for a hands‑on role where your technical skills really matter? Likewize Repair is hiring experienced Technicians to repair the UK’s smartphones and tablets on the road.

As the only Apple and Samsung approved mobile repairer in the UK, you’ll work with genuine parts, professional tools, and a fully ESD‑compliant repair van, giving you everything you need to do the job right.

You’ll travel within your region, meet customers face‑to‑face, diagnose faults, and carry out high‑quality repairs that return devices to warranty‑approved condition. You will combine technical repair work with face‑to‑face customer interaction, all within in a supported mobile environment.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Travel to different customers within your region to repair Mobile Phones and Tablets. (Fully equipped workshop van provided)

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Carry out fault finding

  • Quality Control devices using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software

  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Live in the area we are recruiting for as this will be your region

  • Have a full clean driving licence & be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • A passion for technology & customer service

  • Desirable experience repairing technology items

Where We Work

In this role the work happens on the move, inside our fully branded Likewize vans.

At the front, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable driving area, designed to make getting from job to job easy and enjoyable. Step into the back and you’ll discover a cleverly designed Mobile Repair Workshop. It’s fully kitted out with all the tools, parts, and equipment needed to get the job done right, with everything organised and ready to go. Think practical, professional, and built to deliver high‑quality repairs wherever the day takes you.

While the work may be mobile, the sense of connection is constant. Regular team catch‑ups, ongoing communication, and a strong support network mean there’s always someone to share ideas with, ask questions, or celebrate a great day’s work.
