Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking planning history reviews and initial research
- Conducting site visits and writing site appraisals
- Preparing and submitting small:scale planning applications
- Monitoring application progress and liaising with stakeholders
- Attending client meetings with senior team members
- Supporting the team on planning strategy and delivery
- Hold an RTPI:accredited planning degree or a closely related qualification
- Ideally, have some previous experience in a planning role (internship or post:graduation)
- Proactive, detail:oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering high:quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow within the planning profession
- Full APC support will be provided for those working towards it
