General Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures, regulatory safety in compliance with national and international regulations and regional regulations for the reporting of adverse events to regulatory agencies
- Participates in the development and preparation of reports for company management as well as external regulatory agencies
- Assists in the preparation of new product application safety updates, investigational new product safety reports, investigator communications, product labeling/package inserts and other reports as necessary
- Coordinates the maintenance of records on lost time accidents and prepares appropriate reports
- May implement hazardous waste control and disposal activities including training, collection, disposal, and records maintenance, as well as conservation programs within the organization
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standard
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
