About the Role:

Join a mission driven AI health tech start up that is already bettering the lives of millions, focused on automating a physically admin heavy workflow. The products you build will focus on unburdening care providers from manually sifting through large amounts of data, allowing them to make decisions quicker.

They are a seed stage start up- so we're looking for strong software engineers that want to take ownership of their products and tackle complex problems. For this role you will be excited about the opportunity of AI to better people's lives.

This is a software engineering role first, but experience with LLMs in production would be a big plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle
  • Architect and develop across the stack
  • Work closely with the CTO and CEO
  • Architect, develop, deploy and maintain AI workflows to automate tasks in healthcare
  • Integrate LLMs into production
  • Build scalable web services
  • Work with customers to iterate quickly on feedback

What's Required:

  • 3+ years experience developing across the stack in C# or Python
  • Proficiency with a modern JS front end framework (React, Vuejs, Angular)
  • Experience with cloud architecture (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • In depth knowledge of relational database
  • Degree in Maths, Engineering, Computer Science or related
  • Proven experience building scalable systems/ applications in start ups OR greenfield projects in a larger org (eg start up like team incubated in larger org)
  • Enjoys and is good at problem solving, happy to have a high degree of autonomy

Logistics:

  • £80,000-110,000 depending on experience + equity package
  • London office 3x per week

Process:

  1. Intro to CEO, discussing experience and motivations (30 mins)
  2. On site technical interview + culture discussion (2 hours)
