Location: Runcorn UK Headquarters, with travel across UK&I as required (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Director of FP&A – UKI

Contract Type: Fixed Term 12-18month contract.

About the Role

The UK&I Financial Analyst/Manager (experienced/manager) - Transformation (PMO) will support the UK&I leadership team in coordinating and delivering the region's transformation agenda. The role will establish and run a disciplined regional PMO cadence across Fit For Growth, Direct Labour Excellence, operational improvement, commercial, technology, and other priority transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on delivery role. The person will provide visibility, structure, and follow-through across the portfolio; support initiative owners in turning plans into measurable outcomes; and ensure that UK&I reporting and governance remain aligned with the Group PMO and CSTO Office. The role will combine constructive challenge with practical support, helping the leadership team identify risks early, make decisions quickly, and sustain benefits through to P&L impact.

Responsibilities

  • Run the UK&I transformation PMO operating cadence, aligned with Group PMO standards and the requirements of the CSTO Office.
  • Maintain a single, integrated view of the UK&I transformation portfolio, including initiatives, milestones, accountabilities, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  • Support initiative owners in developing clear plans, business cases, milestones, KPIs, and action plans, with a pragmatic focus on delivery.
  • Partner with UK&I Finance to track benefits realisation, including baseline validation, run-rate confirmation, and P&L impact.
  • Prepare clear, fact-based reporting for the UK&I CFO, UK&I CEO, and regional leadership team, and consolidate inputs required by the Group PMO and CSTO Office.
  • Identify delivery risks and roadblocks early, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate issues requiring leadership intervention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, Commercial, and other teams as required.
  • Embed simple, consistent PMO tools and ways of working that improve accountability without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

Key Initiatives

Transformation Governance and Cadence

  • Lead the UK&I PMO rhythm aligned with Group standards.
  • Maintain a single, integrated view of initiatives, milestones, risks, and decisions.
  • Run weekly workstream reviews and monthly performance forums.

Portfolio Delivery

  • Manage the regional transformation plan and highlight critical dependencies.
  • Track progress, close actions, and support recovery plans.
  • Provide early visibility of risks and coordinate corrective actions.

Fit for Growth & Regional Programmes

  • Coordinate Fit for Growth and other priority programmes as a unified portfolio.
  • Support workstream owners with planning, tracking, and governance.
  • Ensure regional activity aligns with wider Swissport programmes.

Benefits Realisation

  • Partner with Finance to track savings and value creation using consistent baselines.
  • Monitor run‑rate and P&L impact, flagging delays or benefit leakage.
  • Produce concise insights to support leadership decision‑making.

Stakeholder & Group Coordination

  • Act as a trusted partner to UK&I leaders, supporting delivery while holding teams accountable.
  • Align reporting and standards with Group PMO and CSTO Office.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, and Commercial.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Approximately 6-10 years of total work experience, including strong project management, transformation, project delivery, finance, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, maintain clear plans, and follow through on actions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial capability, with the ability to connect delivery progress to measurable benefits and P&L impact.
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and supporting leadership discussions with clear, concise, fact-based materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management or reporting tools is desirable.
  • Experience in a complex, labour-intensive, operational, aviation, logistics, or services environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Exposure to cost transformation, operational improvement, or value creation programs is desirable; private-equity experience is helpful but not required.
  • Personal traits: structured, proactive, resilient, collaborative, and low ego; able to challenge constructively and maintain pace without creating bureaucracy.
  • Fluent written and verbal command of English.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland region as required.
