The role of Finance Administrator:

• Process employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile expense accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

The ideal Finance Administrator:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong understanding of expense processes and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
