Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This dual-support role is critical to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for both CEO and CFO.
  • Prepare board packs, executive summaries, and briefing materials; liaise with board members and senior stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
  • Support key strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, preparing updates, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Organise travel, offsites, and executive events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a point of contact when required for Executives

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a dual-support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience in a finance or corporate governance environment is advantageous.
