Role Overview

Are you ready to take your organisational skills to the next level and support our Executive Leadership Team in a fast-paced, high-impact role?

We’re looking for a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic priorities, and play a key role in the smooth running of our executive operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Manage multiple priorities independently from start to finish
  • Handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Drafting communication content
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Coordinating and sending meeting agendas
  • Notetaking and arranging inductions for new starters
  • Event organisation and general administrative duties
  • Collaborate with other EAs, PAs, and colleagues across the organization

Position Requirements

This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

About you: the ideal candidate

You are more than just your CV. You're someone who brings:

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA at a senior level
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality support
