PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To Co-Lead and develop House Systems
• Co-leading the Student Leadership and Enrichment programmes
• Promote pride, participation, personal development and community across the school
• To run and develop the school Brilliant Club
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of the Jack Petchey Awards programme ensuring all aspects are planned and administered effectively.
  
  

Liaison with:The The post-holder is expected to liaise with parents and carers, members of the community, all members of staff within the Academy and other Trust members of staff who may be on site.
