We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice (Nursery and Reception)
- Can ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their full potential
- Is knowledgeable and has the skills to meet the requirements of the EYFS Framework, including a good understanding of early reading
- Can build effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies to support a smooth transition into school
- Can create a stimulating and engaging learning environment tailored to the needs of the pupils
- Supports the ethos of a Church and Trust school
- Excellent CPD as part of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET)
- A supportive environment where contributions and ideas are encouraged and valued
- Happy, motivated children who are eager to learn
- A collaborative and supportive team within the school and across the Trust
