We’re recruiting an Inventory Controller to join our expanding team at Virgin Media O2, supporting operations across both warehouse and office settings. You’ll play a crucial role in managing inventory processes, investigating discrepancies, ensuring stock accuracy and partnering closely with internal teams and customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent afternoon shift (14:00–22:00), working any 5 days out of 7.

- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvements
- Ensuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners
- Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to challenges
- Confident communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
