About Prestige Nursing & Care Location
Our Plymouth branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.

Personal care
Administration of medication
Shopping
Accompanying people to attend appointments
Light housework tasks
Companionship
Encouraging Fluids and Nutrition
Supporting clients with admin tasks
Safeguarding vulnerable adults
We have some runs of visits but these do require a driver because they aren't all in the same area. We do provide sufficient travel time though so you aren't rushed getting from one visit to the next and you don't have to jeopardise the quality of care you are giving.
We need drivers because our visits are not walkable. Our minimum visit time currently is one hour and some visits are longer to spend quality time with our clients, enabling them to access the community, helping with shopping and providing companionship.
What is required?
Female
Empathetic
Trustworthy nature
Patient and calm
Proactive
Problem solving nature
Positive in their approach
Reliable
What We Offer
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines.
All our clients are equally entitled to have their needs met in a safe, fair and balanced way. Prestige Nursing & Care colleagues are responsible for promoting Equal Opportunities for all and for challenging any behaviour or practice which discriminates against any client or colleague on the grounds of race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, identity or any other perceived difference.
You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
