Shifts: 22.5 hours, 3 shifts per week. (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis) 8am - 4pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Service

Heathfield Lodge is a 16 bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

What the Role Involves

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to make our homes clean, welcoming, and safe places to live.

You don’t need prior housekeeping experience however this would be beneficial — we’ll provide all the training and support you need. If you’re kind, caring, and compassionate, and love to bring a smile to others, we’d love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Keeping all areas of the home clean, tidy, and fresh according to our cleaning schedules
• Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, polishers, and shampooers safely
• Keeping storage and utility rooms clean and well-organised
• Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and curtains
• Dusting and polishing furniture and equipment
• Washing windows, woodwork, doors, and sills
• Maintaining hygiene in toilets, baths, sinks, and hand basins

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support.
