We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Officer
Location: Juniper Head Office with travel to events required | Full-Time, Permanent | £20,000 – £28,000 (FTE)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing marketing team at Juniper — a nationally recognised training provider helping young people and adults thrive through education, apprenticeships, and employability programmes.
What You’ll Do
Working alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life across multiple platforms. You’ll be hands-on in campaign development, content creation, and digital engagement – all with the goal of growing our audience, generating leads, and increasing brand exposure.
Key Responsibilities Include
Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, blogs, and emails
Producing and editing videos, podcasts, and promotional graphics
Writing copy for digital platforms, newspapers, and editorial features
Monitoring and responding to enquiries and social messages professionally
Supporting in lead tracking and forwarding live leads to internal teams
Assisting with events, exhibitions, webinars, and awards planning
Contributing to SEO, website content, email campaigns, and online ads
Exploring trends and emerging tech to keep Juniper ahead of the curve
This is a varied and dynamic role — perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone proactive, confident with digital tools, and full of ideas. You’ll need excellent written skills, a strong understanding of social media, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Essential
Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent GCSEs)
Solid knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Strong written English and attention to detail
Organised, enthusiastic, and able to meet deadlines
Confident communicator with a positive, engaging personality
Desirable
HNC/HND or Degree in Marketing
Experience in video editing or basic HTML/SEO knowledge
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Analytics
