What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and implement methods to maximise production efficiency and resource use.
• Lead studies in cost control, inventory management, and production processes.
• Support plant engineers with facility planning and operational improvements.
• Contribute to health and safety strategies and support training initiatives.
• Optimise interconnected manufacturing systems to drive performance.
• Apply problem:solving and HV battery expertise to improve manufacturing processes.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (preferred).
• In:depth knowledge of battery systems and design principles.
• Hands:on experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of the PCDS framework and familiarity with AIMS and issue management tools.
