Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive  

Department: Sales & Marketing  

Inspired and Supported by: Digital Marketing Manager  

 

Your purpose will be: To represent our storied and glamorous hotel in the heart of London, supporting the digital strategy and shaping and driving the social media strategy to enhance The Savoy’s brand image, drive engagement, and elevate the guest experience. 

 

You will be accountable for (but not limited to): 

  • Taking ownership of the content creation and distribution on organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) 

  • Maintaining a content calendar to align with the overarching social media strategy of The Savoy 

  • Community management of organic social media channels 

  • Monitoring industry trends + best practices, as well as competitor activities, and making appropriate recommendations regarding social media strategy. 

  • Suggesting and testing new creative assets and strategies 

  • Testing assets to continue to evolve and optimise our presence in the organic social space 

  • Creation of monthly reports and detailing performance metrics, analysing all channels and results of influencer collaborations etc. 

  • Maintaining website updates / listings / review platforms / OTAs, ensuring all content across digital channels is representative of The Savoy’s current brand positioning and offering. 

  • Content planning and creation for monthly email marketing. 

  • Management of online retail offering 



What you will need to do in this role? 

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. 

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury sector. 

  • Previous experience managing high profile social media channels and reputation management skills 

  • Previous experience using CMS systems to maintain and update a website 

  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns 

  • Previous experience with reporting platforms 

  • Photography and content capturing skills 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • An eye for a pleasing aesthetic across social 

  • Highly organised, and able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proactive and solution focussed approach 

  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
