Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer care? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy tackling challenges head-on? If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our dynamic Aftercare team as a Defects Officer. The role is varied and involves engaging with our customers, including homeowners and tenants in our new build properties, as well as collaborating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. As part of our Aftercare Team, you'll work closely with Development Delivery, Design & Quality teams, and other internal contacts at Paradigm.
You will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding outstanding defects. Your exceptional organisational skills and self-motivation will be instrumental in swiftly and efficiently resolving issues, ensuring prompt solutions and proactive communication with our customers. Your ability to keep customers well-informed and maintain regular updates with key contacts will showcase your commitment to delivering outstanding service.
To excel in this role, you'll need excellent IT skills and an ability to adapt to new systems.
