We’re looking for a fabulous Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.
In this role you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful and innovative retail marketing initiatives. You will manage marketing queries across stores, shopping centres, and the wider business, acting as a vital link between internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do
- Be the main contact for store and centre marketing queries, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support across the retail area.
- Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and events, ensuring they align with retail goals.
- Contribute creative, commercially focused ideas for campaigns, events, and in-store activity, including personalised experiences.
- Work with internal teams (Social, Design, PR, etc.) and external partners to deliver integrated, impactful marketing campaigns.
- Own and update the Marketing Finance Budget Sheet, monitor spending, and communicate campaign performance and key initiatives to the wider business.
- Good at building relationships across store teams and departments, with a collaborative and approachable communication style.
- Passionate about developing engaging, sales-driving ideas that enhance customer experiences both in-store and online.
- Confident in managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and briefs with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and marketing platforms.
- Experience in retail or a marketing role, or holding a related qualification, with a solid understanding of fast-paced marketing environments.
