We're looking for a Dealer Administrator to join our team at our Carlisle depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, a great eye for detail, and a friendly, positive attitude.

What You Will Do
As a Dealer Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our busy workshop and dealership operations. Your daily tasks will be varied, and you'll be the go-to person for a range of admin support duties including:
- Processing and managing vehicle and service documentation
- Inputting payroll information, reconciling petty cash and general banking duties
- Supporting service advisors and workshop managers with admin tasks
- Updating and maintaining records accurately on our systems
- Communicating with internal teams and external customers with professionalism and care
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly day-to-day
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- A positive, proactive approach to work ready to help and make improvements where possible
- A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved
