  • This role is based in our Lowestoft office NR32 2LW
  • 35 weekly working hours
  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
  • Salary: £23,551 per annum

The Role

As a Product Data/System set up assistant, you will be able to reap the benefits working across of two well established and well-balanced departments. You will be trained on both and your time will be split between the two teams so that we concentrate on the areas that require your support the most when it matters.

You will be responsible for the loading of brand-new properties when they are recruited by our Business Development Managers. You will also be working on current properties that we have on our portfolio by amending any existing details such as property details, description of the property and much more. You will be responsible for the creation and amendment of cottage property templates and profiles which builds the owners availability and allows guests to make bookings.

No two days are the same within our departments, and we are looking for an individual that enjoys a challenge as well as being a driven and well- organised person to join our friendly and very busy teams.

Key Skills We Need

  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software.
  • Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Proficient in all core Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines and performance targets.
  • Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and approachable with a positive, can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Upload newly recruited and re-engaged (winback) properties to internal platforms, ensuring they are live and accurately displayed on the website.
  • Maintain and update property data as needed, ensuring all listings reflect the most current and accurate information.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, including special projects and departmental transitions, as required.
  • Collaborate effectively within a well-established team while also demonstrating strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Create and modify property profiles and templates to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide support during business promotions, ensuring optimal property visibility and booking availability.
