We work together to answer some of the most important questions about the causes, prevention and treatment of disease We are seeking a Data Scientist to provide scientific leadership in the design, development, and evaluation of processes for transforming UK Biobank health and lifestyle data into standardised data models, with a focus on OMOP; to work closely with data engineers and collaborators to contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of OMOP ETL pipelines, and to ensure transformed datasets are standardised, validated, and research-ready To be considered, you must have a higher degree, such as an MSc or PhD, in epidemiology, data science, statistics, computer science, health informatics, or a related field.
