Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to interpret findings and define solutions.
- Support the Agile delivery process, working in sprints and engaging directly with IT developers.
- Assist in ensuring alignment with internal liquidity reporting requirements.
- Work across the full business analysis lifecycle, actively driving change.
- Ability to read SQL.
- Tableau experience
- Understanding of ILAAP and product flow.
- Experience with large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity and financial services.
- Agile experience with adaptability to collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and proactive mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in consulting within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in liquidity risk management.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions in financial reporting.
