Overview

Are you passionate about creating standout branded content and forging impactful media partnerships? We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team and lead the development and delivery of innovative content collaborations across top-tier clients, media channels, and platforms.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-profile campaigns—from concept to execution—across sponsorships, product placement, and advertiser-funded programmes (AFPs).

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, partnering closely with internal teams, media owners, and clients to shape compelling partnership strategies that meet brand goals and drive measurable results.

You’ll blend creativity with process, negotiation with strategic thinking. Your experience in cross-channel media partnerships, budget and stakeholder management, and campaign reporting will be vital as you oversee delivery to a high standard. You may also mentor a Partnerships Executive, helping them grow through clear leadership and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic content partnerships aligned to client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns across sponsorships, product placement, and AFPs.
  • Negotiate media value and ensure alignment with trading agreements.
  • Collaborate with media partners to deliver innovative, insight-driven responses to briefs.
  • Produce post-campaign analysis and reporting with actionable insights.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Support financial processes including cost planning, billing, and vendor payments.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and manage a Partnerships Executive to support their development.
  • Maintain campaign accuracy through understanding of digital trafficking and campaign processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branded content and media partnerships.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with structured execution.
  • Experience across multiple media channels.
  • Budget management skills and experience leading or mentoring team members.

Join a forward-thinking team where your ideas matter, your leadership is valued, and your campaigns make headlines. If you’re ready to shape the future of brand storytelling, we want to hear from you.
