The Position
Taking consumer needs, expectations and behaviours into account, you’ll be an integral part of the customer experience strategy, ensuring that everything is viewed from a customer lens and designing the experience around this!
Bringing experiences to life, you’ll spend your time working with different teams and customers alike, mapping, designing and executing end-to-end journeys that entertain and excite.
You’ll support and facilitate new product development and experience initiatives across the board too, making sure every deliverable is fit for purpose and seamlessly on both brief and brand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a CX Designer with a proven track record in experience design, someone who can talk us through their processes that include mapping, service blueprinting and the ability to use mapping tools like Figma, Adobe XD or something similar.
You’ll be someone who can build strong relationships from the ground up, taking on board different needs and expectations and translating them into simple customer-centric designs that support the client, the consumer, and the business needs too.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic skills are key here, and so is a keen eye for detail. You’ll be an organised and creative Designer, someone who has a passion for taking lots of information and transforming it into an end product that millions can enjoy!
