The Role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all customers who contact the Busch Group in the UK.

The role holder will have a varied role ranging from dealing with customer enquires for technical support and spare parts to arranging service engineer appointments. In addition, you'll also work closely with workshop colleagues to update customers on their repair, process orders, whilst also reviewing and dealing with service contracts and quotations.

With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business

The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • The delivery of exceptional customer service by being pro-active in dealing with enquiries
  • Process and monitor orders and seek remedies where an delays may arise
  • Produce and provide quotations for service work
  • CRM usage
  • Coordinate logistics for service orders
  • Handling of customer comments and complaints

Your profile

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Someone who is able to build a rapport and relationships with collegues as well as customers
  • A solutions mindset
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn new skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ideally qualified to a HNC / HND or have a background technical background
