Extrastaff are delighted to be recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious Counterbalance Drivers to join an ever-growing team at a busy indoor plastic recycling facility. This role involves moving materials efficiently around the plant, supporting the recycling process, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You must hold an FLT certificate.

This is a temp to perm role after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.

Duties of an Counterbalance Drivers:

  • Operate a Counterbalance trucks to transport plastic materials and finished products within the facility
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Move waste materials to designated processing areas
  • Assist with sorting and handling recyclable plastics when required
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations
