Key Responsibilities
- Assisting conveyancers in managing property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.
- A strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a legal background or relevant qualifications.
