Responsibilities

  • Design and teach curriculum:aligned lessons that spark interest in technology and computing.
  • Teach a variety of topics in Computer Science, including programming, algorithms, networks, and data analysis.
  • Guide students in exploring how digital tools can lead to creative breakthroughs.
  • Collaborate on curriculum improvements and lead initiatives that build digital fluency.
  • Offer personalised guidance and constructive feedback to help students thrive.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified teacher with QTS, PGCE, or QTLS and a specialism in Computer Science or related subject.
  • Proven track record of teaching both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
  • A passion for inspiring students to pursue careers in technology and digital innovation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness for one.
  • Must provide two professional references from your most recent roles.
