Description
- Monitor and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution.
- Review and update the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable legal requirements and understand their impact on the business.
- Prepare compliance reports and present them to management.
- Coordinate compliance training for employees.
- Investigate any instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure compliance procedures are being followed.
Profile
A successful Compliance Associate should have:
- A degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
- Experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Offer
