Description

  • Monitor and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution.
  • Review and update the company's compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of all applicable legal requirements and understand their impact on the business.
  • Prepare compliance reports and present them to management.
  • Coordinate compliance training for employees.
  • Investigate any instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure compliance procedures are being followed.

Profile

A successful Compliance Associate should have:

  • A degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
  • Experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
