Purpose of Role:

Performing Hair / Spa services for guests and actively supporting the Spa Department with various projects and activities.

Main Tasks & Activities: 1. Main Responsibilities Time Allocation 70

%? Responsible for providing complete hairdressing and hair styling service, manicure and pedicure service

.? To assist in sale of hair and beauty product

s? Flexible in the job role and to interchange with the Massage / Fitness / Hairdresser as and when required

.? Provides Spa demonstrations

.? Responsible for the daily operation of Sauna and Steam rooms

.? Administers and takes bookings for all services provided in the Fitness / Spa areas

.? Assists Senior Spa Manager / Spa Manager with stock control in Spa department

.? Assists with daily stock count requested by Accounts Manager

.2. Hygiene and Safety / Other Time Allocation 30

%? Please refer to the relevant parts of the SQM as identified in your familiarisation

.? Follow company policy

.? Perform safety rules as specified on “Muster List”

.? Complete general cleaning and stock take for all the Spa and Fitness areas at the end of each cruise

.? Ensure towels are changed after each client

.? Ensure that sterilisation of equipment is carried out between clients

.? Ensure that all Sanitising Logs and check lists are completed at the end of each day

.? You may be called upon to perform ad hoc duties when required
