Quibim is now hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to grow our Customer Success team in the UK. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. The clinical applications specialist (CAS) is responsible for product training and application support for our software and services used in healthcare facilities and organizations. The CAS also supports with product requirements, supports sales in promoting the products, and trains employees on new advanced technologies used in healthcare settings. Most training sessions are on-site and in-person, though sometimes they are conducted online.
The CAS educates and trains healthcare professionals to use our new software, follows up with them, and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the products. You will perform product demonstrations and support installations, attending events, workshops, and seminars, and providing clinical insight for our products. Does this opportunity resonate with you?

The Challenge
- Deliver customer service and clinical training throughout the onboarding and post-sales processes in the United Kingdom.
- Communicate with customers proactively, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule periodic customer feedback sessions, both on-site and online, to identify potential needs.
- Identify potential upsells on active customers.
- Acquire good product knowledge and keep up to date with developments in the medical imaging market.
- Support customers with software upgrades and new features.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing the use of the software.
- Keeping informed about customer wishes and translating them to new features.
- Establishing relationships with clients.
- Clinical experience in medical imaging or related Healthcare products in the UK.
- Experience in working with healthcare professionals. Knowledge of medical terminology is needed.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or radiology studies, or related field.
- A strong background in medical imaging, possessing a strong knowledge of MRI, CT , PET imaging techniques.
- High ability to solve problems.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the UK, to visit customers or attend market conferences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach.
- Customer friendly and problem-solving oriented, representative, and responsible.
- Resident in the United Kingdom.
- Integrity and proactivity.
