MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Cleanroom Cleaner to join the team based in Deeside, UK. This is a part-time, permanent position, the hours are 6am – 2pm Saturday and Sunday.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake specialist cleaning of the controlled environments (cleanrooms) as required to the exacting specification set by the client production supervisors.
- Due to the environment you will be working in. You will be required to wear specialist PPE including overalls hairnets and gloves at all times.
- To provide a comprehensive and technical cleaning service in compliance with company and client procedures, practices and Health & Safety Regulations.
- The successful candidate will be able to undertake the effective cleaning of production “cleanroom” environments. You will demonstrate a high level of professionalism in your approach to completion of duties to the highest standards at all times and take pride in your work.
- Attention to detail is critical
- Wiping down
- Mopping floors
- Emptying bins
- Checking your work is completed to a high standard
- Control cleaning chemicals in use during tasks in total compliance of COSHH
- Report any equipment or machinery defects to the line manager to ensure health and safety procedures are followed and to enable repairs to be carried out
- Attending training courses as required, undertake onsite training processes and assist in the training of other staff where directed if necessary
- Comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations and COSHH Regulations
