You will make an impact by…
- Developing and delivering strategic sourcing plans for high-value categories
- Managing supplier performance using Siemens tools and driving improvements
- Identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities using advanced procurement methods
- Leading supplier negotiations for optimal commercial outcomes
- Drafting and managing supplier contracts with internal experts
- Embedding strong supply chain governance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
- Staying sharp on risk and performance, maintaining a clear view on compliance, risk, and supply chain performance
- Owning the outcome by bringing strong procurement, commercial and financial acumen
- Taking accountability for delivering tangible results
- Leading with influence, confidently navigating negotiations and complex stakeholder environments
- Building trust quickly and bringing people with you even when priorities differ
- Thinking strategically and acting practically, developing and executing clear sourcing strategies
- Collaborating to win by working seamlessly across teams, functions and supplier chains
- Bringing curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Preferred: Degree/CIPS qualification, SAP knowledge, multinational experience
