Business Services Co-ordinator (office based) - #194859
National Trust
We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join the Regional Business Services team, where you'll be supporting an Assistant Director for the Region.
You'll work 22.5 hours per week over three days. The current postholder works Monday to Wednesday, and we would be happy to continue with this arrangement. Alternative working patterns may also be considered and can be discussed at interview.
Interview date: 6th August 2026
If you’re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards, identifying and building on new ways of working then this could be the role for you.
What it's like to work here:The Midlands and East of England Region of the National Trust is large, spanning from Herefordshire across to the Norfolk Coast and from the Peak District down to Essex.
As this role covers the Midlands and East of England region, your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust Hub to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week, some days this could be working from home, on others it could be at one of our three regional hubs, or even at a property.
This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:The National Trust is a busy organisation with a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same. You'll be part of a team that provides specialist support to our Regional Director, Assistant Directors, and internal teams. You’ll help us plan ahead and prepare for future activity working within our strategic priorities.
You'll always champion best practice when it comes to service, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something. In any given day you could be helping to arrange in person meetings, organising travel, liaising with external partners, or looking at ways to review and improve a process.
You'll connect and form strong relationships with other Regional Business Services Co-ordinators, as well as being an active member of the National Business Services community.

- happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
