What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose & Repair Cutting-Edge Tech: Work on the latest electric vehicles and software systems, no two days are the same.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with mobile, virtual & field tech specialists, and support staff to ensure every vehicle runs flawlessly.
  • Learn as You Go: Grow your expertise through ongoing training and real-world experience with the most advanced cars in the world.
  • Support Tesla’s Mission: Play a key role in keeping our vehicles on the road, helping customers experience the future of transportation.
  • Interact with Customers: Build relationships by explaining repairs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication across a wide range of topics with customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Safe to drive: We require you hold a valid driver’s license in the country you are applying for.
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
