Job purpose:

Orderly is looking for a professional Business Analyst to help focus on optimising client engagement and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from Orderly’s products and services. Whether rolling out our products to new markets and companies, or discussing enhancements with existing customers, we are looking for someone who values our sustainability driven mission and can bring this to the forefront of their interactions with customers.

Main duties:

  • Understanding and analysing client needs, challenges, and business processes. This involves gathering detailed requirements through client meetings, workshops, and surveys. Then generating the appropriate requirements documents including functional specifications, wireframes, technical integration specifications, use cases, user stories, etc.
  • Based on the analysis, developing solutions or recommendations that align with the client's needs and Orderly’s products or services. This may involve tailoring existing offerings or suggesting custom solutions.
  • Acting as a bridge between the client and internal teams such as sales and technical departments. This includes translating business needs into technical requirements from inception, to design, through to implementation with an emphasis on quality.
  • Analysing data related to client interactions, product performance, or market trends. Preparing reports to inform decision-making for both the client and Orderly.
  • Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns, and maintaining strong, positive relationships. This includes regular follow-ups and check-ins.
  • Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Working with internal teams to implement changes based on feedback.
  • Ensuring that all client interactions, agreements, and solutions are properly documented. Adhering to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Keeping on top of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure that client solutions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Assisting in strategic planning for client services and contributing insights for business development and growth strategies based on client interactions and market research.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the food and beverage, supply chain or logistics sectors
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • A good understanding of the change delivery life cycle
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of interpreting business requests and translating them to requirements
  • Experience of writing requirements specifications
  • Demonstrable evidence of gathering, analysing and documenting business processes
  • The ability to present to an audience in both formal and informal situations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening
  • Confidence in dealing with all levels of stakeholder
  • Demonstrable understanding of agile ways of working
