We are seeking compassionate British Sign Language (BSL) Support Workers to assist individuals with diverse abilities in their own homes.

  • Build supportive relationships and support individuals during the night and daily activities.
  • Provide personal care, household tasks, and use BSL to communicate effectively with Deaf or hard of hearing individuals.
  • Follow care plans, document progress, and report concerns.

Qualifications include proficiency in BSL (Level 2 preferred), compassion, strong communication skills, and willingness to undergo training.
