Job overview

This is a visiting care position for a 55-year-old male client with poor mobility. The carer will provide personal care support and assistance with mobility within the client's home. This role would suit a steady, practical and emotionally strong carer who is able to cope calmly with difficult situations and remain composed under pressure.

Key responsibilities

The carer will visit the client's home and undertake the following responsibilities:

Support hygiene and toileting needs
Help with getting around the home

Age: 55

Medical conditions: Poor mobility

Specific requirements: Male carers only

Work environment

The client's home is smoke-free and pet-free.

Working pattern4 - 6 hours per week. Times to be arranged.

Requirements

Language: English (required)

Qualifications:

Care Quality Commission (CQC) mandatory training

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
