We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and business-critical Brand Marketing team, where the Brand Manager Fullers will be central to the management and future growth of our Fuller’s brand portfolio. Working closely with the Brands Director, this role will primarily focus on Fuller’s London Pride and will create, deliver and execute simple, strong integrated plans that drive London Pride brand health and performance relative to the market in the short and long term. The role will also need to work with colleagues and the brewery to manage the commercial performance of the remainder of the Fuller’s brand portfolio.

The role will also need to work with colleagues and the brewery to manage the commercial performance of the remainder of the Fuller’s brand portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
The Brand Manager is responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities:
- Working with the Brand Director to create and gain sign off of annual brand plan for Fullers London Pride.
- Deliver marketing initiatives in line with approved IAP that drive consumer engagement and enhance brand perception with a strong focus on experience and events
- Support Brand Director in leveraging our strategic partnership with Premiership Rugby and building an exciting executional plan. Make recommendations to the Brand Director for future opportunities.
- Manage ongoing partnerships with Premier League football club, Brentford FC, and Premiership Rugby club, Harlequins.
- Manage day to day key agency brand marketing interface (PR, Events, Social) with a view to fostering exceptional working relationships to ensure successful implementation of these plans.
- Passionately managing quality of execution through to placement whilst at the same time managing key stakeholders across the business.
- End to end project management – defining, executing and evaluating within timelines and with multiple stakeholders across the business
- Support regular Brand performance tracking to meet commercial and consumer brand performance targets; review and make recommendations to adapt the plan as needed
- Day to day budget management
- Experience in Marketing or Brand management in FMCG or drinks brand activation in the UK
- Proven experience in managing projects through to successful completion
- Understanding of best practice marketing principles and techniques as well as commercial understanding
- Experience of successfully developing and implementing integrated brand communications
- Experience in managing relationships beyond direct control
- Demonstration of ability to communicate on many levels – up and down, internal, external and to influence and achieve results through others
- Interpersonal skills: build positive relationships at all levels both internally and externally. Includes the ability to work in cross functional, multi skilled and multi-cultural environments
- Communication skills: be capable to clearly and coherently deliver inspiring ideas; ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively
- Willingness to learn and ambition to develop. Naturally curious about real people insights, trends and culture.
- Flexible operator: able to balance ‘big company’ attitude with the resourcefulness required to achieve results within a small team
