As a Branch Supervisor based in Colchester, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to increase the business at the branch.
• Serve customers on the trade counter and offer excellent customer service.
• General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday shifts will vary between 7am - 5pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8am - 12noon.

• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment and step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships.
  
  

Proven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environment

• Industry, merchant or supervisor experience.
