What You’ll Be Doing

•  Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
•  Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
•  Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
•  Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
•  Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
•  Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
•  Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards.
•  Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

•  Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
•  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
•  A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
•  Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
•  A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
•  Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
•  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
