What You’ll Be Doing

•  Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
•  Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
•  Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
•  Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•  Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
•  Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
•  Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.

•  Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
•  A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
•  A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
•  Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
